Hotel Reservations: Participants can reserve a room by making a reservation directly with the Holiday Inn BWI International Airport at 410-859-8400

Cancellation/Refund: Participants canceling registrations by May 8, 2007 will receive a credit or refund less a $25.00 processing fee. E-mail Robin Bartko with notice of cancellation. No refund will be given for cancellations after May 9, 2007 or for no-shows.
